.DISCUSSION...Rain will develop this morning, with persistent
rain expected from mid morning through early evening. Rainfall
rates are expected to average near 0.10 inch per hour or a bit
less, with a peak rate of a passing heavier shower near 0.20 inch
in an hour. Rain will become notably lighter by 8-9 PM, but off/on
showers should persist into Wednesday morning. Average
precipitation rates will decrease to 0.05"/hr or less.

Total rain accumulations through midday Wednesday have come down a
bit, and are now expected to range between 1.0 and 1.3 inches.

Precipitation aside, expect cooler temperatures with nearly steady
temperatures in the mid/upper 40`s, and a chilly breeze out of
the northeast.
