.DISCUSSION...Dry and breezy conditions will continue for the rest
of this afternoon into this evening.  An upper system will bring
increasing moisture and cooler temperatures to the area overnight
and on Sunday.  Humidity levels will recover to around 90 percent
overnight.  There will be higher humidity levels on Sunday and a
chance of wetting rains.  Significant rainfall is not expected.
