.DISCUSSION...A boundary has shifted winds to the east, with
temperatures in the upper 50s along with an increase in moisture.
Some slow warming is expected this afternoon with highs in the low
60s. Winds should turn more westerly later today, with increasing
gusts out of the west. Isolated to scattered showers are expected
by mid afternoon, with a couple of thunderstorms also possible.
