.DISCUSSION...Rest of today through Monday...
Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue
across the mountains today, with scattered showers and storms
across the lower elevations. There are good chances (40-60%) of
wetting rainfall across most of the high country north of I-70.
Minimum humidity should remain above 20% across the plains and
generally will remain near or above 40% over the higher
elevations. Another round of showers and storms is expected on
Monday, with increasing chances for widespread wetting rains
across the majority of the forecast area. Storms will be capable
of producing strong outflow winds both days.
LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Monday night through Friday...
A gradual warming and drying trend is expected from Tuesday
and beyond. Both wind and relative humidity are expected to
remain below critical thresholds. Generally Fair to Very Good
smoke dispersal can be expected each afternoon.
