.DISCUSSION...Tonight and Sunday...Winds will increase tonight on
the mountain ridges and east slopes, with breezy conditions
spreading to the most other areas by Sunday afternoon. It will be
warmer and drier on Sunday. Smoke dispersal will become fair to
good in the windier areas, mainly east slopes and northern border,
but likely remain poor across the rest of the plains.
LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Sunday night through Thursday...Warm and
generally dry conditions will continue through next week. A few
snow showers will be possible across the northern mountains Sunday
night. Gusty winds will continue across the Front Range mountains
and foothills on Monday, spreading into the plains on Tuesday. A
cold front will bring slightly cooler temperatures for Wednesday,
with warmer weather returning Thursday. Smoke dispersal should be
fair to good across most of the area, with better dispersal where
winds are stronger.
