Temperatures will be below normal on Sunday with light winds. No
critical fire weather conditions are expected.
LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Sunday night through Thursday...
Monday through Friday will see well above normal temperatures and
dry conditions. Each day, relative humidity will drop to 10-20%
across the plains. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday are expected to
see very light winds and no critical fire weather conditions are
expected. On Tuesday and especially Friday, wind gusts will be
close to or over the 25 mph threshold for much of the eastern
plains. This will lead to elevated to critical fire weather
conditions. Otherwise, smoke dispersal will generally be poor
across the plains and good in the higher terrain.
