.DISCUSSION...Tonight and Monday...Winds will decrease this
evening, leading to chilly overnight temperatures and moderate
to good humidity recovery. Monday will see temperatures hold a
few degrees below normal with modest humidity levels. It will
still be breezy over the plains east of I-25 with gusts around
25-30 mph. Moisture will gradually increase with a chance of
light showers in the mountains by afternoon.
LONG TERM DISCUSSION...Monday night through Friday...
Scattered showers will spread onto the plains Monday night, but
any precipitation is expected to stay on the light side. By
Wednesday, warm and dry conditions return with temperatures
10-15 degrees above normal. Gusty winds up to 30 mph are possible
over the plains and South Park, but minimum RH values should stay
above 25%.
Cooler but breezy conditions will likely return by Thursday as
another weather disturbance moves across the region with a chance
of light precipitation returning to the forecast.
