...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Phillips County in northeastern Colorado...
  Southeastern Sedgwick County in northeastern Colorado...
  Northeastern Washington County in northeastern Colorado...

* WHEN...Until 930 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

    - At 819 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain was moving
    out of the Advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected
    to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches
    of rain have fallen.

    - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.

    - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Holyoke, Haxtun, Otis, Paoli, Highland Center, Fairfield, Lone
    Star, Sixteen-Mile Corner, Amherst, Pleasant Valley, Burdett,
    Platner and Hyde.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding of
small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland along creeks, and
other low lying areas.
