...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM MST /4 AM PST/ THURSDAY
TO 11 AM MST /10 AM PST/ FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and Blowing Snow expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 3 and 6 inches possible in the Treasure and Magic Valleys
  and 6 to 12 inches possible in the mountains and across northern
  Malheur and Harney Counties. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph
  causing areas of blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, and west central
  Idaho and northeast and southeast Oregon.

* WHEN...From 5 AM MST /4 AM PST/ Thursday to 11 AM MST /10 AM PST/
  Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4
  mile due to falling and blowing snow. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. Travel not
  advised.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
