* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  West central Twin Falls County in south central Idaho...
  East central Owyhee County in southwestern Idaho...
  Southeastern Gooding County in south central Idaho...

* Until 545 PM MDT.

* At 506 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles west of
  Castleford, or 29 miles west of Jerome, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Wendell and Hagerman.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Large hail and damaging winds and continuous cloud to ground
lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately.
Lightning is one of nature`s leading killers. Remember, if you can
hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

When safe to do so, please relay storm reports to the National
Weather Service in Boise via local law enforcement, or National
