...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN HARNEY AND
NORTHWESTERN MALHEUR COUNTIES THROUGH 800 PM PDT...

At 715 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Riverside and Juntura, or 52 miles north of Rome, moving north at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing
         visibilities. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Juntura, Harper, Drewsey, Drinkwater Pass, Red Butte, Monumental
Rock, Mosquito Mountain, Warm Springs Reservoir, Jonesboro, Little
Valley, Monument Peak, Riverside.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
