...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN OWYHEE COUNTY THROUGH
545 PM MDT...

At 444 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Dollar Butte, or 31 miles north of Owyhee, moving
northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing
         visibilities.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southern Owyhee
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
this storm passes.
