CENTRAL MALHEUR COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM MDT...

At 643 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Castro Ridge to near South Mountain to 8
miles north of Indian Meadows. Movement was north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing
         visibilities.
