...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL VALLEY...
NORTHEASTERN GEM...ADAMS...NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHEASTERN
BAKER COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM MDT/430 PM PDT/...

At 503 PM MDT/403 PM PDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of
strong thunderstorms near Brownlee Guard Station, or 29 miles north
of Weiser, moving north at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust possible. Minor
         damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
McCall, Council, New Meadows, Cambridge, Goodrich, Brownlee Guard
Station, Lafferty Campground, Price Valley Guard Station, Bear,
Glendale, Indian Mountain, Council Mountain, Tamarack, Cuprum, Lost
Valley Reservoir, Lake Fork Campground, Cuddy Mountain, Indian
Valley, Brownlee Dam, and Mesa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional
information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
