...THUNDERSTORMS BEFORE AND DURING RFW VALID PERIOD...

A dry cold frontal passage brings gusty pre-frontal winds on
Saturday, while keeping the air dry despite cooler temperatures
from Friday. The elevated fire weather is complimented by a 10%
chance of thunder, highest Saturday afternoon and evening with
storms capable of producing 45 mph outflows and cloud to ground
lightning. Earlier Saturday morning, showers could become
developed enough to produce very isolated lightning before the
elevated fire weather later in the day

The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Fire Weather
Watch for winds and low relative humidities, which is in effect
from Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...In Oregon, Fire Weather Zones 670 Burns BLM,
  671 Steens Mountain and 672 Southern Grasslands.

* TIMING...From Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...11 to 17 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...85 to 93 degrees.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
  quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
