  expected. The strongest winds will be east and southeast of Boise.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Idaho.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Small
  tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
