.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers with isolated thunderstorms in the area this
afternoon as an upper low moves eastward. Outflows up to 35 mph
possible, but thunder chances are much lower than previous days.
General gustiness up to 18 mph through this evening, calming by
Thursday. A weak wave Friday will be enough for a 30% chance of
precip (10% CWR), but followed quickly by a stronger system with
showers and storms likely on Saturday. Temperatures hold mostly
steady over the next three days.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny. Scattered rain showers and a
                    slight chance of thunderstorms in the
                    afternoon. Chance of precipitation 30 percent.
