monsoon moisture exits to the east. Cloud build-ups can still be
expected over the terrain this afternoon, with a 5% chance of a
shower/thunderstorm developing. Winds will generally be light
and variable, or northwesterly today. Conditions will trend hotter
with further drying in the low-levels Thursday. Instability will
increase in the afternoon with a 15% chance of thunderstorms
developing in the area.
