by an upper ridge Monday, then followed by moistening and
strengthening southwesterly flow aloft Monday night.  Clouds will
increase Tuesday morning, leading to showers and a slight chance
of thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon.  Note the stronger southerly
surface and transport winds Tuesday.
