.DISCUSSION...
Strong southerly flow aloft will mix to the surface by late
morning, bringing gusty southerly winds. Showers will develop
by early afternoon, and could be accompanied by stronger wind
gusts. Conditions trend drier tonight into Thursday morning
before another storm system moves into the region. Thursday
and Friday will see a continuation of gusty winds, from the
southwest on Thursday, shifting to the northwest on Friday.
Drier conditions and lighter winds will setup over the weekend.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy. A 40 percent chance of rain showers
                    in the morning, then a 90 percent chance of
                    rain showers in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....48 to 53.
Min humidity........72 to 77 percent.
Surface winds (mph).Southeast 4 to 7 mph becoming south 14 to
                    21 mph with gusts to 24 mph in the late morning.
                    Showers could produce gusty winds up to 40 mph
                    in the afternoon.
