Scattered thunderstorms will develop this afternoon across southeast Oregon
and far southwest Idaho, and spread generally northeastward through the evening.
Gusty erratic outflow winds up to 50 mph will accompany the strongest storms.
Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are possible, starting this afternoon, and
lasting through the overnight hours. By Friday morning, thunderstorms will generally
be more likely to produce wetting rains, but will still be accompanied by lightning.
Cooler temperatures will also arrive on Friday.
