.DISCUSSION...
* Southwest Idaho BLM (ID Zones 400, 420, 423, 424, 426)...
High pressure will develop over the area Sunday and Monday creating
warmer and drier conditions with generally light winds. Dry west to
southwest flow will develop mid to late next week with above normal
temperatures, continued dry conditions, and increasing SW winds.
Temperatures will trend down the end of next week as a Pacific trough
approaches.
* Southwest Idaho Forest (ID Zones 401, 402, 403, 421)...
Wrap around moisture from an exiting low pressure system will
result in scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms (15-30% chance)
this evening for the eastern Payette NF. Patchy valley fog can be
expected Sunday morning. Otherwise, high pressure will develop over
the area Sunday and Monday creating warmer and drier conditions. Dry
west to southwest flow will develop mid to late next week resulting
in above normal temperatures and continued dry conditions. Temperatures
will trend down by the end of next week as a Pacific trough approaches.
* Southeast Oregon (OR Zones 670-675)...
High pressure will develop over the area Sunday and Monday creating
warmer and drier conditions with generally light winds. Dry west to
