* Southwest Idaho BLM (ID Zones 400, 420, 423, 424, 426)...Warm
and dry conditions will continue today, with breezy westerly
winds and a low chance of thunderstorms near the NV border this
afternoon. Monsoon moisture from the south will bring isolated
to scattered thunderstorms beginning Thursday afternoon and
continuing into early Friday morning. Outflow gusts up to 30-40
mph are expected with stronger thunderstorms. Minimal rainfall
will accompany these thunderstorms initially, but increasing
moisture aloft will bring wetter storms with cooler temperatures
late Friday and Saturday.
* Southwest Idaho Forest (ID Zones 401, 402, 403, 421)...Warm and
dry conditions will continue today, with breezy westerly winds
this afternoon. Monsoon moisture from the south will bring
scattered thunderstorms beginning Thursday afternoon and
continuing into early Friday morning. Outflow gusts up to 30-40
