and dry conditions with breezy westerly winds will continue
today and tomorrow, ahead of a strong cold frontal passage late
Saturday night. Gusty winds up to 40 mph, scattered light
rain/virga showers, and isolated thunderstorms will accompany
this frontal passage. Much cooler conditions with excellent
overnight relative humidity recoveries will occur on Sunday.
* Southwest Idaho Forest (ID Zones 401, 402, 403, 421)...Warm and
dry conditions with light, terrain driven, winds will continue
today and tomorrow, ahead of a strong cold frontal passage
Saturday night. Gusty winds up to 30 mph, scattered light rain
showers, and isolated thunderstorms will accompany this frontal
passage. Much cooler conditions with morning valley fog and
excellent overnight relative humidity recoveries will occur on
Sunday.
* Southeast Oregon (OR Zones 670-675)...Warm and dry conditions
with breezy westerly winds will continue today and tomorrow,
