Hot and dry conditions persisting through Friday. Isolated
afternoon and evening thunderstorms will continue across southeast
Oregon today, with little rainfall and gusty outflows to 40 mph
possible. Monsoon moisture then moves over the region from
Thursday, with an increasing chance of showers and thunderstorms
expanding across the entire forecast area through the late week
into Saturday. Increased shower activity on the weekend will bring
significantly cooler and moister conditions, with unsettled
weather expected through Tuesday.
