High pressure will keep dry conditions over the region through
Saturday. Chilly mornings will be followed by mild afternoons
under mostly sunny skies. West to northwest winds today will
become light and terrain driven on Saturday. A cold frontal
passage on Sunday will bring widespread showers to the mountains
and a chance of showers to the valleys along with gusty northwest
winds. Snow levels will limit light accumulations to above 6500
feet on Sunday. High pressure returns dry and stable weather to
the region for all of next week, which will limit ventilation.
