Silvies River Near Burns affecting Harney County. .Flooding will continue along the Silvies River near Burns Oregon. River levels will gradually decline, dropping below flood stage today. However, flooding impacts will likely extend into the weekend and more rises are possible next week due to additional rainfall and warmer temperatures over the weekend increasing snowmelt. For the Silvies River...including Burns...flooding is forecast to continue. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads.
