The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of southwest Idaho,
including the following areas, Boise Mountains (including the Wapiti
Burn Scar), and West Central Mountains.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PDT /9 PM MDT/
THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast Oregon, including the
  following counties, in northeast Oregon, Baker County. In
  southeast Oregon, Harney County and Malheur County.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT /9 PM MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall could trigger flash flooding or debris
  flows in and near recent wildfire burn scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - National Weather Service Meteorologists are forecasting heavy
    rainfall over the burn scar, which may lead to flash flooding
    and debris flows.
