...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN BULLOCK...
SOUTHEASTERN MACON...NORTHEASTERN BARBOUR AND SOUTHERN RUSSELL
COUNTIES THROUGH 300 PM CDT...

At 236 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Union Springs, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Union Springs, Hurtsboro, Midway, Hawkinsville, Spring Hill, Comer,
Guerryton, Lakepoint Resort State Park, Sedgefield, Batesville, Fort
Davis, Twin Springs, Rutherford, Lugo, and Three Notch.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
southeastern Alabama.
