...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT RUSSELL COUNTY THROUGH 845 PM
CDT...
At 736 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Uchee, or 13 miles north of Hurtsboro, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Russell County Sports Complex, Uchee, Seale, Hurtsboro, Ladonia,
Rutherford, Hatchechubbe, Uchee Creek, Fort Mitchell, Ladonia Sports
Complex, Fort Mitchell Activity Center, Carter Acres, Phenix Drag
Strip, Phenix City, and Parkmanville.
