  Fayette, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lamar, Marion, Pickens, Shelby,
  St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tuscaloosa, Walker, and Winston
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Trees
  could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
