This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the counties served by the
National Weather Service office in Birmingham.

.DAY ONE...Outlook through Tonight.

There is a marginal to slight (level 1 to 2 of 5) risk for severe
storms from around midnight tonight through daybreak Saturday
morning, generally along and north of the Interstate 20 corridor.
The
main threat will be damaging winds and large hail.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

There is a marginal (level 1 of 5) risk for severe storms that may
develop Saturday afternoon and evening across the southern half of
Central Alabama. Any storms that form will be capable of hail and
damaging winds.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Activation of storm spotters and emergency management may be needed
from late tonight through Saturday night.
