Warm and dry conditions are expected today at the prescribed burn site in the Tuskegee National Forest as high pressure shifts east of the area. RH values will fall into the 25 to 30% range this afternoon, perhaps slightly lower at times. 20ft winds will be from the west to southwest at 5 to 7 mph with some gusts up to 12 mph. Mixing heights improve to near 5000ft this afternoon with transport winds from the southwest. Moisture will increase tonight with RH recovering to around 95%. An upper-level system will bring increasing rain chances and perhaps some thunderstorms to the burn site as early as mid-morning tomorrow, increasing in coverage through the afternoon.
