A dry airmass will be in place over the next few days through Friday.
MinRH values will drop into the low to mid 30s today and Wednesday.
Light winds at the surface from the north, shifting to the east by
midday, with transport winds from the east to southeast. Due to the
light nature of the weak surface winds dispersion will not be great
despite mixing levels being around 3000 feet. Only slight better
winds on Wednesday, with again low dispersion numbers. Winds do
shift to more of a southerly flow by Wednesday afternoon.
