Weather Warning for...

Shelby County Airport /EET/

The following weather hazards are expected:

Strong winds associated with approaching thunderstorms will produce
wind gusts greater than or equal to 35 knots, mainly from the
west.

Expect thunderstorms with cloud to ground lightning to move across
the Shelby County Airport /EET/ and its vicinity by 245 to 250 pm
and continue through 330 pm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT for
central Alabama.

or by the general public. It is intended for use by airport
personnel, fixed-base operators, airline ground personnel,
and others responsible for the safety of ground operations.
