Snow has ended for the majority of the area, and will taper off
within the next hour or two in the James River Valley. Therefore,
the advisory will be allowed to expire as planned. Patchy blowing
and drifting snow will still be possible through today which could
lead to slick spots on roads and occasional reduced visibilities.
