  East Central McIntosh County in southeastern North Dakota...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 723 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles south of
  Kulm, or 24 miles west of Ellendale, moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
           roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ellendale, Forbes, Ludden and Guelph.
