...PATCHY FOG ACROSS SOUTHERN NORTH DAKOTA EARLY THIS MORNING...

Patchy fog will reduce the visibility to one quarter mile or less
across southern North Dakota early this morning. Motorists should
be prepared for rapidly changing conditions and use extra caution
on the morning commute. Use low beam headlights and be extra
cautious at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog is
expected to dissipate by late morning.
