...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN WARD AND CENTRAL
BURKE COUNTIES THROUGH 130 AM CDT...

At 103 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 5 miles south of
Flaxton, or 34 miles north of Stanley, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Kenmare, Bowbells, Lignite, Portal, Flaxton, Coteau, Niobe, and
Northgate.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
