Warm and humid conditions continue over the region today, with
highs mainly in the mid 80s to mid 90s. Widespread chances of
showers and thunderstorms also remain in the forecast for today.
Some storms may be strong to severe through the evening, and could
produce heavy rainfall. Showers and thunderstorms then progress
eastward tonight, with overnight lows in the 50s west to 60s east.

A significant cool down in daytime temperatures is expected
Saturday and Sunday with highs mainly in the 70s to lower 80s with
continued chances for showers and thunderstorms. Isolated to
scattered severe thunderstorms may return to the western Dakotas
Saturday through Saturday night.
