Smoky skies will gradually improve over the Dakotas while
shifting eastward over Minnesota today. Isolated to scattered
showers and thunderstorms are expected today, mainly over North
Dakota and northern Minnesota. A few storms could become strong to
severe. Much warmer and mainly dry conditions are then expected
Tuesday and during the day Wednesday. After which, a more active
period, including the potential for additional severe
thunderstorms, is possible Wednesday night through the remainder
of the week.
