today, with highs in the 60s and 70s. Cooler temperatures in the
30s and 40s will be found tonight, with some sub freezing
temperatures possible in the north and west. Slightly cooler and
mainly dry conditions are then expected for Friday, with some
breezy winds developing across the west.

Medium and high chances for rain return to the region this
weekend, with some low chances for snow across the north Sunday
night. Warm temperatures will remain for Saturday, with a slight
cooling trend expected to begin on Sunday. This weekend will also
be breezy to windy.
