Showers and thunderstorms will continue to move through the
region this morning, with a few strong storms across portions of
eastern South Dakota and Minnesota. Otherwise quiet but notably
cooler conditions are expected to end the week and continue into
the first part of next week. Expect daytime highs this weekend
from the lower 60s in northeastern Minnesota to the lower 80s in
southwestern South Dakota. Overnight lows will be in the 40s and
50s, with some upper 30s possible in parts of North Dakota.
Temperatures start to warm up closer to normal next week.
