...THE BISMARCK WEATHER RADAR IS DOWN...

The Bismarck Doppler radar, KBIS is currently down. Technicians
have been contacted to diagnose the problem. Surrounding radars
that can be used in the meantime are KMBX near Minot, KMVX at
Mayville, KABR at Aberdeen, South Dakota, KUDX near Rapid City,
South Dakota, and KGGW at Glasgow, Montana.
