* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29.

* WHERE...Much of western and north central North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT /9 AM MDT/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
  sensitive vegetation.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Near to sub-freezing temperatures are
  forecast across northern and central North Dakota again tonight.
