* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...Much of western into parts of north central North Dakota.

* WHEN...From noon CDT /11 AM MDT/ today to midnight CDT /11 PM MDT/
  tonight.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings and
  signs. Tree branches may be broken. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.
