.DISCUSSION...

Morning precipitation chances are diminishing at the incident
site but we will still see a slight chance (~20 percent) for some
light rain or freezing rain mid to late morning. Chances for
precipitation will then increase early to mid afternoon, likely
changing to snow or a mix of rain and snow. It will be notably
cooler today with a high only around 35 and minimum afternoon
humidity only dipping to around 72 percent. Even though
precipitation chances will max out around 70 percent, this
activity will be of the hit or miss variety through the day for
any one point. Thus, there are scenarios where little to no
precipitation falls at the incident site and the chances for
wetting rains are very low. Winds should continue out of the
northeast through the day, generally ranging from 13 to 16 mph.
