.DISCUSSION...

A surface low remains over the central portion of the state resulting
in variable winds and a wind shift later tonight. Winds this morning will
vary out of the southeast to southwest switching out of the west tonight.
Temperatures are forecast to warm into the mid 60s with minimum relative
humidity around 30 percent by this afternoon. Smoke dispersal will remain
poor this morning until the inversion breaks around noon.

Tonight a system will roll through the region brining widespread rain
chances with a 75 percent chance or 0.10 of rain by tomorrow morning.
This system will carry on rain chances through the tomorrow afternoon.
Thunderstorms are possible with this system which could lead to gusty
erratic winds and lightning.
