.DISCUSSION...
Hot conditions will continue at the burn site, with high temperatures
and heat index values around 100 degrees. Winds remain southerly gusting
up to 25 mph.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms increase late this afternoon into
tonight. If a shower or thunderstorm approaches, be prepared for the
possibility of strong and shifting winds. Winds will be southeasterly, decreasing
by late evening. Overnight, winds will be shifting as a frontal boundary lingers
near the burn site. Higher chances for showers and thunderstorms are expected for Thursday,
with humidity values remaining elevated.
