.DISCUSSION...
Look for sunny skies today. Winds will be light and variable at
ignition time, becoming south to southwest 5 to 10 mph by late
morning and afternoon, with gusts up to 18 mph. The probability
of a west to northwest wind today is low, but if we were to get
close it would be west (not northwest) in the early to mid
afternoon. The highest probability for gusty winds today will be
from late morning through mid afternoon, and we could see gusts to
around 18 mph. Winds are expected to become more south to
southeast late in the afternoon and especially in the evening,
and are forecast to remain out of the southeast at 5 to 15 mph
tonight.
This afternoon, the minimum humidity is expected to be around
25 percent, with a mixing height around 7400 feet and good
smoke disperion.
